As I shift my focus to help parents find ways to connect and guide their children through lifes challenges, I remain committed to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.  I have extensive knowledge and experience working with parents and believe every parent and child relationship has unique stenghths and an inate understanding of their relationship.

I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to share their concerns and explore their emotions. I value open communication and collaboration, and I actively involve clients in the therapeutic process, ensuring that their goals and desires are at the forefront of our work together.

In addition to my professional training and experience, I also bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding to my practice.
